Our Agreement with You

Our website is where you can find our cool products. By ordering from us, you’re saying you’re cool with these terms and conditions, as well as any other documents we mention here. If you don’t agree, unfortunately, you won’t be able to buy our awesome watches. Keep in mind, these terms and conditions are for our amazing customers, not businesses. Businesses, we’ve got different rules for you.

How We Roll

Our order process is designed to catch any mistakes before you hit that submit button. Please review and double-check your order at each step.

When you place an order, it’s like saying, “Hey, I want this product!” But, just to be clear, it doesn’t mean we’ve accepted your order. We’ll shoot you an email to let you know we got it, but acceptance happens a bit later.

Once we give the thumbs up and your order is ready to roll, we’ll send you an email with a payment link. Once your payment goes through, we’ll shoot you another email to let you know your order is on its way.

Product Availability and Looks

We try our best to keep everything up to date, but sometimes things may run out or appear a bit different in color on your screen. Also, for watches without paperwork, the age mentioned is an estimate. For those with paperwork, the age is when the warranty is stamped, not the manufacturing date.

Pricing and Paying Up

Prices can change, but once we confirm your order, you’re locked into that price. Prices on our site are in USD and AED, and you’re responsible for any exchange rates. Delivery costs are on you, and our website has a bunch of products, so a hiccup in pricing might happen. We’ll check it out during dispatch.

We need you to pay upfront for the products, and we’ll only send them your way once we have the full payment in hand.

Customs Considerations

If you’re not in the UAE, you might have to deal with import duties or other fees from customs. You’ve got to follow your country’s rules, and any extra charges for customs are on you.

Out of Our Control Events

Sometimes things happen that we can’t control, like extreme weather or acts of war. If these things mess with our ability to get your order to you on time, we’re not liable. But don’t worry, your rights under the law are still intact.

When we say “in writing,” we mean emails too. If you need to reach out or if we need to tell you something, we’ll use email or give you a ring. Easy peasy.

Changes in the Game

We might tweak these terms and conditions from time to time. The ones in place when you make an order are the ones that apply to you, unless we’re required by law to make a change or if we give you a heads up before we agree on your watch purchase.
