Your Order Cancellation Rights
You have the liberty to cancel Your Order within 14 days without providing any reason.

The deadline for canceling an Order is 14 days from the date You received the Goods or when a third party, not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

We commit to reimbursing You within 14 days from the day We receive the returned Goods. The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment You used for the Order, with no additional fees on your end.

 

Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return, please ensure that:

The Goods were purchased within the last 14 days.
The Goods are in their original packaging.
The following Goods cannot be returned:

Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
Goods unsuitable for return due to their nature, rapid deterioration, or expiry date being over.
Goods not fit for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery, according to their nature.
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions at our discretion.

Only regular-priced Goods are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if not permitted by applicable law.

 

Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. Ship the Goods to the following address:

We cannot be held accountable for Goods damaged or lost during return shipment. Hence, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. A refund cannot be issued without the actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

 

Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit equivalent to the return value. Upon receiving the returned product, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift or were shipped to the gift giver, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
